My post on Toronto subway station architecture and resultant verbal back-and-forth ))< >(( forever with Officer Mazeltoff brought up a link to Vancouver's pornographic offering::

I suppose the Brentwood Skytrain Station {Governor General Medal winner in 2004} is a perfect foil to phallocentric architecture we're all accustomed to. Ah, if it only could get together with "The Gherkin" at 30 St. Mary's Axe in London, England::

Down in California, I've heard that even those in official circles referred to the San Onofre Nuclear Power Plant as Dolly, as in Dolly Parton.  I can see the powerplant as form following function, but the above make me wonder if someone is still chuckling about these designs actually getting built.
