Crowdsourcing Photojournalism :: Brick Façade Collapse in TO

I was out and about today and after a trip to BMO at the Manulife Center, I was contemplating a saunter down Yonge. The sky was grey, so I decided against it. I saw this article on the Globe & Mail about a brick wall collapsing on Gould near Yonge here in Toronto, next to Salad King, a quick lunch fave of mine in that area, albeit with cafeteria seating. Here's a link to a video.

The article has an embedded slideshow to a flickr search {above} and I find it interesting how mainstream newspapers are looking more and more like content aggregating "blog" sites like the Huffington Post and the Torontoist.

Twitterversion:: Globe&Mail crowdsourcing photojournalism. Mainstream media looking more & more like blog-like "-ist" sites. @Prof_K

Song:: BSS-'Finish Your Collapse and Stay for Breakfast'
